Architectural Overview

Riverholm Country Estate is situated on the beautiful Spring Grove Dam in the heart of KwaZulu-Natal. The current accommodation and various units have capacity for 24 guests. We were approached to increase the capacity to over 80 guests with additional overnight units, a wedding venue, a restaurant, a spa, and a multifunctional venue. While paying homage to the unique history and architecture of the farmstead.
